Simple Image Link Plugin Update

The Simple Image Link [1] has been updated to allow the image to be displayed based on the user’s role.
This replaces the ‘Display image’ checkbox in earlier versions.
This is useful for WordPress, including MU, installations which allows users to login.
This functionality was inspired by Praveen [2]’s comment and initial code.
Thanks for all the feedbackon the plugin to date.
